FIIs boost stakes in most state-run banks in September quarter: ET
Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) raised their stakes in nearly all public sector banks during the September quarter, ET reported, citing quarterly shareholding data. Bank of Baroda's FII holding jumped from 8.08% to 8.71%, while Canara Bank's increased to 11.89%. Bank of India recorded one of the sharpest rises, with foreign ownership climbing from 3.53% to 4.24%.
