FIIs extend selling streak, offload ₹5,700 crore in equities
Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) offloaded Indian equities worth nearly ₹5,700 crore on Friday, extending their selling streak to the fifth consecutive trading session. This brought the total net selling by overseas funds to ₹30,142 crore so far this month. Investors lost over ₹16 lakh crore this week as tariffs and the US H-1B visa fee hike dampened sentiment.
