When asked about her native place, finfluencer Anushka Rathod described it to be a ‘khichdi’. Anushka said her father is a Mewadi, her mother a Marwadi, and she is originally from Rajasthan. Born in Mumbai and brought up in Surat, Hindi is a bridge that connects her Mewadi father and Marwadi mother. No wonder she calls her origins a ‘khichdi’.
