Firm asks fresher to 'resign by 2pm or be fired', says 'You've been on bench for 4 months'
A Reddit user claimed their friend, who graduated in 2024 and joined a company in November, was asked to "resign by 2pm" or she'd be fired automatically by 3pm. They said their friend became a full-time employee last month after six-month training. She was told she's been "on the bench" for four months and lacks required skills, the user added.
