Florida to become 1st US state to end childhood vaccine mandates
Florida plans to become the first US state to eliminate all childhood vaccine mandates, calling the requirements "immoral intrusions" on personal rights. "[People] don’t have the right to tell you what to put in your body," State Surgeon General Dr Joseph Ladapo said. Florida's move would undo mandates for shots against measles, chickenpox, hepatitis B, polio and other diseases.
