G7 nations skip issuing joint statement in support of Ukraine
The G7 nations issued no joint statement supporting Ukraine amid its war with Russia. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy secured $1.47 billion in Canadian military aid but didn't meet US President Donald Trump, who left the G7 Summit early. Zelenskyy further urged the G7 leaders to continue calling on Trump "to use his real influence" to help end the Russia-Ukraine war.
