Gaming firms may approach HCs over real-money gaming ban: Report
Multiple real-money gaming firms like Dream 11, Gameskraft, and Head Digital Works may approach High Courts as early as August last week, Moneycontrol reported. These firms are likely to file writ petitions to seek a stay on the implementation of the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025. Petitions may argue that Act restricts right to carry on trade/business.
