Ghaziabad man kills dog after running car over him; held as video surfaces
Police have arrested a man for animal cruelty after he allegedly ran over his car on a dog in Ghaziabad. In the incident's CCTV video, two stray dogs can be seen playing near the streets of a highrise, when the car ran over one of them. While the dog died on the spot, the driver rushed without stopping the vehicle.
