Giorgio Armani outlines plan in will to sell firm to Louis Vuitton, Essilor or L'Oreal: Report
Giorgio Armani outlined in his will that an initial 15% stake in his fashion house be sold to Louis Vuitton, EssilorLuxottica, L'Oréal or another similar company within 18 months, Bloomberg reported. The will said company buying the initial stake can increase its holding to 54.9% after three years. Armani left his firm to his foundation, family and partner Leo Dell'Orco.
