Israel has shared a video of a girl being kidnapped from a music festival by Hamas militants in southern Israel. "Hamas = ISIS. Noa is held hostage by Hamas. She could be your daughter, sister, friend," Israel wrote. The video showed men taking her on a motorcycle as she cried for help.
