Glastonbury Festival 2026 cancelled for sustainability reasons
The organisers for the Glastonbury Festival have announced that the festival will not take place in 2026. Calling it a 'fallow year', the festival takes hiatus every five years to allow the farmland on which it's held to recover. "Sustainability and need to live in harmony with the land has always been vital to Glastonbury Festival," said Co-organiser Emily.
