Gold hits new all-time high as Iran's bombing by Israel raises global tensions
Gold prices hit a new all-time high on Friday after Israel bombed Iranian nuclear sites, raising global tensions. According to MCX data, gold prices reached ₹1,00,403 per 10 grams on Friday, rising over 2% intraday, before settling at ₹99,970 per 10 grams at around 2pm. Gold contracts with October expiry date hit a high of ₹1,01,295 per 10 grams.
