Gold prices retreated from record levels and dropped by ₹2,400 to ₹1,32,400/10 grams in Delhi on the occasion of Dhanteras on Saturday, according to All India Sarafa Association. The precious metal of 99.9% purity had surged by ₹3,200 to touch an all-time high of ₹1,34,800/10 grams on Friday. Meanwhile, silver prices tumbled by ₹7,000 to ₹1,70,000/kg on Saturday.
