Gold prices likely to hit ₹4.4 lakh/ounce by next year, says JPMorgan
JPMorgan Private Bank has said that gold prices are likely to hit $5,000 (about ₹4.42 lakh) per ounce by 2026, driven mainly by a buying spree of emerging market economies' central banks. This would mark an over 25% increase from the precious metal's current price. Rising over 50% this year, gold had hit a high of $4,380/ounce in October.
