Govt to spend ₹1,100 crore for fixing Bengaluru's 1,000+ potholes
The Karnataka government has allocated ₹1,100 crore to upgrade Bengaluru's roads, aiming for smooth, pothole-free commutes. Under the plan, 14 constituencies will get ₹50 crore each, while others receive ₹25 crore. While the investment is welcome, commuters remain cautious, pointing to recurring issues like poor drainage and substandard repairs.
