Gun used in 70-year-old murder case put on display in US
Mississippi Department of Archives and History (MDAH) has put on display the pistol linked to the 1955 killing of 14-year-old Emmett Till, 70 years after his death. The .45-calibre gun belonged to JW Milam, one of two men acquitted of his murder. Till, a Black teenager, was abducted, beaten, and shot after being accused of whistling at a white woman.
