Had to be in 29 CMs' good books: Mallya on doing business in India

"There is no ease of doing business in India," he said, adding that there are bureaucratic and political hurdles in the country. Mallya claimed that he had to stay in the "good books" of 29 CMs, as each state had its own liquor policy.
