Harmless twitching in arm leaves man with life threatening ALS
A 41-year-old man, who initially ignored twitching in his left arm, thinking it was nothing more than a usual nerve issue, was diagnosed with life-threatening amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or ALS, which gives him just 2-3 years to live. ALS is a progressive disease that affects nerve cells in your brain and spinal cord, causing the loss of muscle control.
