Ex-US NSA John Bolton has said that US President Donald Trump's trade advisor Peter Navarro tried to start a fight between Trump and PM Narendra Modi during a meeting. "It was a meeting where I had hoped the two leaders would talk about strategic issues...And...Peter just wanted to talk about what he felt were unfair Indian trade practices," Bolton said.
