Heavy rain lashes Mumbai; people advised to avoid leaving their house
Heavy rain was witnessed in several parts of Mumbai and surrounding regions on Thursday. Visuals showed waterlogging in some parts of the city. Several people also shared visuals of lightning and thunderstorm. "In view of thunderstorm & heavy rain across Mumbai city & suburbs, citizens are requested to avoid moving out of their houses unless necessary," Mumbai Police said.
