Heavy rainfall and heatwave warnings issued for 14 states, list released
The IMD has issued heavy rainfall and heatwave warning for 14 states/UTs. Heavy rainfall is likely over Andaman and Nicobar Islands on Sunday, and over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry on Tuesday. Heatwave is likely in Rajasthan over the next three days, and in Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh on Monday and Tuesday.
