How to combat dry skin in winters?
According to Cleveland Clinic, to combat dry skin in winters, one should limit hot showers to 5-10 minutes, use fragrance-free creams instead of lotions and moisturise immediately after bathing while skin is damp. One should avoid harsh soaps and exfoliate only once or twice a week, use a humidifier indoors, wear gloves outside and opt for gentle, non-fragranced laundry detergents.
