I swear on Quran I didn't seek alliance with BJP: Omar Abdullah

Jammu and Kashmir CM Omar Abdullah has denied allegations that he approached BJP in 2024, seeking an alliance in exchange for restoration of statehood. "I swear on Holy Quran I didn't seek an alliance with BJP," he wrote on X. Abdullah's statement comes after opposition leader Sunil Sharma dared him to swear on Quran that he didn't approach his party.
