I've been diplomat for 41 years: EAM on 'not well-versed' remark
Speaking in Parliament, EAM Dr S Jaishankar took a dig at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. Jaishankar said, "People are offering great wisdom on China. Some people are even saying I'm not that well-versed in China." "Sir, I've only spent 41 years in foreign service, only been the longest-serving ambassador. But there are China gurus now," he said without naming Rahul.
