ICAI member slams corruption amid Customs row, says 'It's chess & king remains above all'
Institute of CAs of India (ICAI) member Dinesh Wadera slammed corruption after Wintrack quit its India operations over bribes demanded by Customs officials. "In India, corruption...is biggest business...This isn't random chaos, it's a perfectly choreographed game of chess," Wadera said, claiming a "king" remains above all chess players. "Corruption in India even runs on targets," he added.
