ICE detains pastor in US' Maryland for overstaying visa for 24 yrs
A 54-year-old pastor from Maryland was arrested by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and moved to a detention centre in Louisiana for overstaying his visa 24 years ago. ICE said Daniel Fuentes Espinal left Honduras due to violence in 2001 and got a six-month US visa. Several Maryland lawmakers urged Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem for the pastor's release.
