US President Donald Trump issued a warning to Hamas, insisting the group must lay down its weapons. During a White House meeting, Trump said, "If they [Hamas] don't disarm, we'll disarm them. And it'll happen quickly and perhaps violently." He also asked Hamas to return the bodies of captives still held in Gaza, saying that the "job is not done".
