Amid calls for a crackdown on H1-B visas in the United States, Google CEO Sundar Pichai said that immigrants have made a phenomenal contribution to the development of technology. "There's a framework by which we all can still bring talented individuals. I think they're making changes to address some of the shortcomings in the current programme," Pichai added.
