India becomes 2nd-largest importer of Russian crude in Oct: Report
India imported €2.5 billion worth of Russian crude oil in October, becoming the second-largest buyer, even as US sanctions on major Russian oil firms threaten to disrupt future supplies, a Helsinki-based research centre reported. China retained its position as the top importer, purchasing €3.7 billion worth of Russian crude in same month. Turkey ranked third with imports valued €572 million.
