India deploys helicopters to rescue those stranded in SL floods
India has acted as the first responder to help Sri Lanka as the nation battles with deadly floods and landslides triggered by Cyclone Ditwah. A video shows the Indian Navy's two Chetak helicopters being deployed on Saturday to search and rescue stranded people. India has named the operation 'Sagar Bandhu', under which tonnes of relief material have already been airlifted.
