India’s apparel exports fell nearly 15% in Q2: CITI report
India's apparel exports dropped 14.8% in the July-September quarter of FY2025-26 to $3.09 billion, says a Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI) report. Weak global demand and pressure in key markets drove the fall. While Q2 saw a decline, cumulative apparel exports for April-September grew 3.42%, showing signs of partial recovery amid sluggish textile performance.
