India's Russian oil purchases to dip to lowest in 3 years over US & EU sanctions: Report
Indian refiners' purchases of Russian oil are set to fall in December to their lowest levels in three years, down from their multi-month highs in November, as refiners try avoiding US and EU sanctions, Moneycontrol reported. Bank scrutiny following the sanctions have made Indian refiners "extremely cautious". Most Indian refiners, like Hindustan Petroleum, have stopped buying Russian oil.
