India’s wholesale inflation eases to 0.13% in September
India's wholesale price inflation in September eased to 0.13% year-on-year from 0.52% in August. The positive rate of inflation is mainly due to rise in prices of manufacture of food products, other manufacturing, non-food articles, other transport equipment, textiles, etc, government said. Wholesale food prices in September fell 1.99%, compared with a 0.21% year-on-year growth in the prior month.
