India's wind energy capacity rises to 51.5 GW: Pralhad Joshi
India's wind energy capacity witnessed a rise of more than 10.5% to 51.5 GW against 46.42 GW last year, Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy, Pralhad Joshi, said on Sunday. On the occasion of Global Wind Day, in a post on X, he said, “We are moving towards an Aatmanirbhar Bharat, powered by innovation, green technology and sustainable progress."
