India sends Buddha’s sacred relics to Bhutan for peace festival
India has sent Lord Buddha's sacred relics to Bhutan for the Global Peace Prayer Festival, marking the 70th birthday of Bhutan's fourth king. Carried by a delegation led by Union Minister Virendra Kumar, the relics will be displayed at Thimphu's Tashichho Dzong.
