India signs deal worth ₹8,000 cr to buy 24 'Romeo' helicopters from US
India has signed a $946 million (around ₹8,000 crore) deal with the US to buy 24 MH-60R Seahawk naval helicopters. Manufacturer Lockheed Martin said these 'Romeo' helicopters are rugged, powerful, and reliable.
