Indian CEO claims he cried after firing 25 staffers 'back-to-back', says 'Was told to be cold'
An Indian CEO claimed he cried in office after firing 25 employees "back-to-back" at a previous job. Calling it "one of the darkest days of my corporate career", he said, "We were told to keep it cold...No 'I'm sorry' because that could be construed as accepting blame." He added he felt like a number, not like a leader that day.
