Indian company sent explosives for military use to Russia despite US warnings: Report
Indian firm Ideal Detonators shipped $1.4-million explosive compound, named HMX, to Russian explosives maker Promsintez in December despite US' threat of sanctions, Reuters reported citing customs data. HMX, called "high explosive", is designed for maximum destruction as it detonates rapidly and has military uses. Ideal Detonators clarified that the compound was shipped for "industrial activity".
