Indian-origin billionaire Sunny Varkey, Dubai-based GEMS Education's Chairman, said working 24/7 is necessary for being successful. Speaking to podcaster Anas Bukhash, Varkey said, "One should try to [have work-life balance]. It's not easy because if I work eight hours like everybody else, I won't be successful." "Nobody gives a free hand...Milk is only given to a crying baby," he added.
