Indian tourists to US decline; US businesses to lose ₹3,000 crore
Indian tourist visits to US fell 15% in August compared to last year, according to National Travel & Tourism Office's provisional data. This decline follows 8% Indian tourists drop in June and 6% in July amid tensions over tariffs. The decline could cost American businesses around $340 million (around ₹3,000 crore) in visitor spending this summer, reports said.
