Indians pay ₹21 more for 1 litre of petrol than Pakistanis, ₹42 more than Bhutanese: Report
Indians pay ₹21 extra as compared to Pakistanis for every litre of petrol they buy, TOI reported citing ET. At an average of ₹101/litre, petrol prices in India are about ₹5.5/litre higher than China, ₹16/litre higher than Bangladesh and ₹42.2/litre more than Bhutan. Notably, in Indian rupee terms, petrol prices in Iran and Libya are ₹2.4/litre and ₹2.3/litre.
