IndiGo apologises, ensures refund on cancellations
Passengers face severe disruption amid cancellation of reportedly around 750 flights by IndiGo. The airline issued an apology for the "difficult past few days". The airline is offering full refunds, travel waivers for December 5-15, 2025, and arranging hotels for stranded travellers. Lounge access is also being arranged for senior citizens, the airline said.
