IRS officer Kapil Raj, who arrested 2 CMs, resigns
Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer Kapil Raj, who arrested two sitting CMs- then-Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren- as part of ED, has resigned after 16 years' service. The 45-year-old also investigated money laundering cases against diamantaire duo Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi. The 2009 batch officer attributed the resignation to "personal reasons".
