The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said they have eliminated one of the founders of Hamas' military wing, Hakham Muhammad Issa Al-Issa. IDF said Issa led Hamas' force build-up and training and also planned the October 7 attack on Israel, which led to war. "As Head of Combat Support, [Issa] advanced aerial & naval attacks against Israelis," said IDF.
