After US President Donald Trump linked Tylenol with autism, former World Health Organization (WHO) Chief Scientist Dr Soumya Swaminathan said it's a proven safe drug, and there's no need to panic about its use. Swaminathan stated, "long-term use of any medication, including paracetamol, can cause damage, but...its benefits outweigh the risks." Trump had asked pregnant women not to use Tylenol.
