It's Solitaire, not Rummy: Maha Minister Kokate as video shows him playing in Assembly
Maharashtra Agriculture Minister Manikrao Kokate, who's being criticised over a video of him playing a game on his mobile phone during a state Assembly session, said, "It's Solitaire game, not Rummy." He added that the game must've been downloaded on his device by his PA or OSD. Kokate further said he switched on his phone to watch House proceedings.
