J&K BJP chief Ravinder Raina resigns from party post
President of Jammu and Kashmir BJP, Ravinder Raina, resigned from his post over BJP's performance in Jammu and Kashmir Assembly polls. Ravinder Raina, who got 27,250 votes, lost from Nowshera seat where National Conference's Surinder Kumar Choudhary won with a margin of over 7,000 votes. Meanwhile, National Conference-Congress alliance crossed the majority mark in Jammu and Kashmir.
