Job seeker claims HR rejected them for living far, said 'Team doesn't encourage weaklings'
A Reddit user claimed an HR executive gave "new corporate excuse for rejection" saying the user lived too far, despite being informed during initial screening where they lived. The executive openly mentioned lots of "internal bickering", saying team doesn't encourage "weaklings in their environment", they said. "Her judgement solely based on my location and assumptions about 'fit'," they added.
