Jota was en route to ferry when he died in car crash after doctors advised him not to fly
Portugal and Liverpool's 28-year-old footballer Diogo Jota was on his way to take a ferry and return to Liverpool for pre-season training when he died in a car accident in Spain's Zamora. The forward had undergone minor surgery after which doctors had advised him against flying. Jota's brother Andre Silva also died in the accident.
