Doing just 10 to 59 minutes of physical activity a week may lower the risk of premature death from any cause by 18%, according to a study published in British Journal of Sports Medicine. Researchers said that even two-minute "exercise snacks" added to daily routines can boost fitness, improve mood and help time-pressed people stay active and healthier.
